Payment and pre-preparation
The customer makes payment for the tour as per the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Once payment has been received, we provide the customer with confirmation of their tour booking and any relevant travel documents. In the lead-up to the tour, we provide the customer with all necessary information and assistance to ensure that their travel plans go smoothly.
